Please email the New Zealand Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Association [NZCTWA] to make any complaint (or Concern) about any Teeth Whitening service or product you have received from a NZCTWA member, or Dentist

OUR 5 PROMISES

1. We promise you we take your complaint or concern seriously
2. We promise you that any report received will be reviewed by the NZCTWA President and Executive
and forwarded to the appropriate provider for their urgent response
3. We promise to respond to any complaint or Concern immediately we receive it
4. We promise to provide you with our action plan within 24-working hours
5. We Promise to provide you with a detailed report on the outcome
